Ashley A. Taylor

Ashley A. Taylor founded Kismet Skin Co. in 2024 and leads the studio as a master aesthetician and certified laser technician. She has more than 15 years in practice and has 10 years of continuous specialized education in skin care. Earlier in her career she worked with national brands including Clinique and MAC.

She trained at Graham Webb International Academy, graduating with honors from the Masters Aesthetician program, and has trained with several Washington-area medspas and plastic surgeons, including in microneedling and laser treatments. She is known for individually curated signature facials and builds custom facial protocols from self-designed full and à la carte service menus.

She also offers customized trainings, device demos and in-studio shadowing for other aestheticians, in Washington, DC or virtually. Recognition she has received includes Aesthetician of the Year 2025 from Aesthetic Next and Aesthetic Record, DC's Top Aesthetician 2021, a Face of Facials feature in Washingtonian's Faces of Washington series, and Modern Luxury's Dynamic Women lists for 2024 and 2025, which cited her work creating more room for women as business owners, educators and innovators. She was also recommended a favorite skincare product in NewBeauty's Aestheticians' Favorite Skin Care Products feature.
