About

Armando Soto is a board-certified plastic surgeon who leads Aesthetic Enhancements Plastic Surgery in Orlando. He holds MD and FACS credentials, has been a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons since 2006, and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has practiced for more than 25 years. He belongs to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetic Society. His training began at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He then took a fellowship in Baltimore with The Center for Women's Health and Medicine, part of Mercy Medical Center, and also trained at Washington University and Barnes-Jewish Hospitals in St. Louis. He graduated with honors from Texas A&M University, and his fellowship focused on complex breast surgery and microsurgery. Afterward he spent five years on the faculty of The Center for Women's Health and Medicine in the mid-Atlantic region, teaching plastic surgeons, and during that stretch the Baltimore Business Journal named him to its Top 40 Under 40. His practice covers breast augmentation, breast lift and reduction, tummy tuck, liposuction, body lift, thigh and arm lifts, upper and lower blepharoplasty, facelift surgery and laser resurfacing. Many consider him a leading Orlando surgeon for complex breast implant problems and breast revision. Recognition includes the RealSelf 100 Award, a place on the National Registry of America's Top Doctors (2025), the Compassionate Doctor Award from Vitals.com, and a listing as a Top Plastic Surgeon by Top Plastic Surgeon Reviews. He is known for body contouring and for combining nonsurgical treatments. He works with women and men from Orlando and Central Florida. After a personalized consultation, he builds layered plans that pair nonsurgical treatments, and he draws on his surgical training to handle the larger tissue reactions that may follow when treatments are combined.
