About
Arlette Cross owns the practice and serves as its medical director. She co-founded The Face Bar in August 2020 with Pamela Faraci. She earned an RN degree at age twenty, then a bachelor's degree from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her focus areas are injectables, medical weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, microneedling, facial peels, PRP, and laser technology. She holds several laser and injectable certifications and keeps up with training and conferences on current aesthetic technology and techniques. She is a National Gain trainer for Galderma Aesthetics, a title held by roughly 300 professionals across the country, and was recognized as one of America's top 100 injectors. Her work covers facial balancing with injectables, natural lip enhancement through what the practice calls the Doll Method, and transformative contouring.
