April Schacht

April Schacht runs April Dawn Hair as its blonding specialist. She has worked as a hairstylist for more than 30 years. She started as an apprentice under Adam Shuman at Collections Salon, where she built skills in precision cutting, razor work, clipper cutting and formal styling. She later trained at Minardi Salon in New York City with colorist Beth Minardi and stylist Thomas Elmlund, and that time shaped her work with natural-looking shades, corrective color, and dimensional blonde with a finish drawn from the 1990s. Separately, she completed advanced educator training with Enjoy Professional Haircare, working with Angel Del Solar in Oceanside, California. She works across precise and razor-textured cuts, custom color, extensions, and both natural blondes and rich brunettes. She focuses especially on fine or thin hair.
