About
Annika Crosby, MD, runs Physician Skin Services, which she owns. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School and then trained in internal medicine at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, where she spent an extra year as chief medical resident. She began practising internal medicine in 1993 in a medical clinic, and later spent over fifteen years as a hospitalist looking after acutely ill patients. She still works in post-acute care with medically ill patients. Her aesthetic training in dermal fillers, neuromodulators and laser treatments took place in the United States and Canada. She is also certified to teach and train other clinicians in aesthetic procedures, including threads, fillers, neurotoxins and laser. While working alongside prominent dermatologists, she has published dermatology research.
