Anna Ishutina

Anna Ishutina is co-owner of SeeU Skincare and a permanent makeup specialist. She has worked in the permanent makeup field since 2012 and has more than 14 years of experience. Her activities include performing permanent makeup procedures, judging competitions and writing professional books. She founded permanent makeup schools in New York and Miami and distributes two professional pigment brands in the U.S. market. She is approved as an instructor by the education departments of Florida and New York. She holds a facial specialist registration and a tattooing artist license. Her specialty is permanent makeup, with shape and color chosen individually for each client.
