Angelita Suriel is the founder of A&P Beauty, which she runs with her daughter Penelope Montilla. She works as a Master Hair Stylist and moved to New York at age 30. She also founded Angela Beauty NY.
She has over 30 years of experience in hair and has trained with Schwarzkopf, Redken, DevaCurl, Godwell and Davines. Her specialties are cutting, color and extensions, and she is known for enhancing curly hair.
Beyond her own chair, she leads training and mentorship and plans to build professional training programs centered on curly hair.
