Angela Vargas is a co-founder of Bonded Lash Bar, the business she started with Nicole Wiebe in Fairfield. She still sees clients every week and has worked directly with clients. Working with Nicole Wiebe, she trained every artist at the other six studios. Her aim is a business where clients feel appreciated and skilled staff have room to advance.
