Angel Paas

Angel Paas serves as medical director of Kennesaw Gynecology and holds board certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, renewing it every year. She has practiced gynecology since 2003, more than 20 of those years in private practice. Her undergraduate degree is a bachelor's in biology with a neuroscience concentration from Duke University. She then earned a medical degree at East Carolina University's Brody School of Medicine, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and finished in the top 10 percent of her class. Her OB/GYN residency took place at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Her clinical work centers on preventive care, adolescent gynecology, perimenopause and postmenopause management and contraceptive counseling, with a particular focus on diagnosing and treating heavy menstrual bleeding. She keeps up with new technologies and procedures, many of which she brings into the office as treatments. She also offers gynecological and cosmetic aesthetic treatments, along with UltraSlim and other weight-loss treatments. Her memberships include the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Georgia OB/GYN Society, the Medical Association of Georgia and the Cobb County Medical Society.
