Angel Lezark

Angel Lezark is a hairdresser, educator and former salon owner. Training began at 15, when she took cosmetology courses at Northern Westmoreland Career and Technology Center in New Kensington, Pennsylvania, and she was working as a salon assistant while still in her second year of high school. She passed the State Board exam and was licensed in cosmetology in 2005. The following year she relocated to Pittsburgh and joined one of the city's premier salons. After roughly ten years working behind the chair, she earned a Cosmetology Teacher's License, managed a boutique salon, and then moved into teaching. For a large part of her career she taught at Bella Capelli Academy, a Paul Mitchell Partner School in Pittsburgh. She has been an independent stylist since 2019. Her work centers on personalized cuts and color for men and women, with clients of all ages and every hair type and texture. Her training includes several certifications through Paul Mitchell Schools, time spent training with people connected to Paul Mitchell, and certification in tape-in hair extensions. She is currently studying in Vivienne Mackinder's Designer Program and sits on Mackinder's Artistic Team. She has collaborated with some of Pittsburgh's top hair professionals.
