Angel Goodman is a licensed esthetician and integrative health and nutrition coach at Sage & Honey. The coaching work centers on women's skin, health and lifestyle, with attention to nutrition and hormone balancing during perimenopause and menopause. The work is aimed at women who feel unheard or stuck with poor health and sleep patterns. Before opening a holistic skin care boutique near Sedona in Cottonwood, Arizona, a decade of experience came from working alongside a dermatologist, plastic surgeons and a naturopath. A studio in Auburn, California followed a move to Northern California. Custom treatments and home routines take a client's internal health and lifestyle into account.
