Andy LeCompte founded the salon and works as a hairstylist based in Los Angeles. He started out at eighteen at Privé, a Los Angeles salon, and later launched a salon under his own name. His work has appeared on the covers of Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, GQ and W. Photographers he has worked with include Steven Klein, Mario Testino, Terry Richardson, Patrick Demarchelier, Mario Sorrenti, Annie Leibovitz and Ellen Von Unwerth. Among his celebrity clients are Madonna, Penelope Cruz, Salma Hayek, Nicole Richie, Fergie, Megan Fox and Katie Holmes. His work spans editorial, video, commercial, advertising and fashion, and The Wall Group represents him.
