Founder and hairstylist at Muted Hair Co., Andria Smith has worked in hair since 2013. Much of that time was spent behind the chair in a traditional salon, largely in Scottsdale. Bridal, event and editorial styling form the core of the work, with clients across a broad range of hair types and textures. Training includes a summer program at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She is drawn to shape, texture and movement, and to how a hairstyle sits with an outfit and how it looks on camera. On-location styling is available, with her travelling to clients, and inquiries receive personal follow-up.
