About
Andrew Romeo co-owns Fuse Medspa & Wellness in Avon with Kristin Gemme, which the two opened in May 2023, and he also works there as a personal trainer. He has built a career of roughly twenty years in human performance and fitness. In 2009 he founded Romeo Athletics in Enfield, Connecticut, and the business later added a second site in Avon that concentrates mainly on one-on-one and semi-private training. He has trained thousands of people, drawing on many different coaching methods, program designs and current practices. His clients include a broad mix of people who are working to raise the quality of their everyday habits.
