Andrew Rah

Andrew Rah works as a provider at Prime Wellness, where his focus is longevity medicine, exercise and recovery. He has been practicing medicine since 1997. He holds an undergraduate biology degree from Brown University and an MD from New York Medical College, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He did his surgical internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases, then went on to advanced fellowship training in spine surgery at Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Center. He spent decades treating complicated spinal and musculoskeletal problems and has since turned much of his attention to helping older patients remain active, resilient and independent. His work covers mobility, strength and physical performance, plus injury prevention and recovery. He offers red light therapy and cold plunge sessions as supportive wellness treatments. He has presented research at national medical conferences and written articles and book chapters for spine textbooks. Past memberships include the North American Spine Society, the California Orthopaedic Association, the American Medical Association and the Los Angeles County Medical Association.
