Andreas Schonagel

Andreas Schonagel is a Senior Stylist at Takamichi Hair. He completed a three-year vocational course to qualify as a men's and women's hairstylist, and during training he gained experience at Wella in Darmstadt, Germany. He holds a master craftsman's diploma. After relocating to Hamburg, he cut hair for men and women and built a focus on Vidal Sassoon techniques. From 1999 he worked freelance, including fashion shoots in various countries, before moving to New York City in 2009. He has won junior championships in men's haircutting and styling at state and European level, and has served as a judge at several hairdressing competitions.
