Ancill McDonald

Ancill McDonald leads AnStyle Beauty as founder and CEO and holds an esthetician license, with 25 years working in the beauty industry. She trained at the Skin Care Center in Alexandria, Virginia, graduating in 2001, and has since practiced as an esthetician in New York, Miami, Arizona and the Washington, DC area. She also founded Maryland Skincare Institute, which trains estheticians, and her ventures include MSI Beauty Studio, the AnStyle Beauty skincare line and the Amazing Hair Restoration System. Her specialties are pain-free Brazilian waxing and hyperpigmentation correction. She created a course that teaches fellow estheticians business skills and strategies; she reached six-figure earnings within 18 months and credits the course's strategies for that result. She also hosts a YouTube channel that posts weekly lessons on beauty techniques and business.
