About
Ana Merces owns AM Beauty Group and leads its makeup work. She has been in the beauty industry for almost 15 years and has served bridal clients for more than a decade, including hundreds of brides. Her background includes work with the cosmetics brand MAC Cosmetics, and she also works as a freelance makeup and hair artist with Fox in Washington DC.
She trained at Von Lee Academy, where she received her education in 2008. She has since taken advanced luxury bridal makeup classes with Lauren Damelio, and classes with Brazilian makeup artist Natane Rose that included a technique for waterproof, tear-proof skin makeup. She is known for a signature Soft Glam style.
Her work has been featured in Inside Weddings, The Knot and Washingtonian Weddings.
