About
Amy Sherek is a Licensed Massage Therapist at The Healing Garden, where she works with clients recovering from an injury, managing ongoing pain, or looking for relaxation. Before becoming a massage therapist, she spent several years in accounting.
Her training came through Discovery Point School of Massage in Seattle, where she graduated, and covered a range of techniques including myofascial release, deep tissue, Swedish, sports, lymphatic facilitation and pregnancy massage. She sees massage as a holistic route to wellness and aims to offer a nurturing, attentive space where clients feel heard and supported.
In each session she combines professional knowledge with intuition.
