Amy Plummer

Amy Plummer practices as an Ob/Gyn physician with the Health in Progress team. She began practicing obstetrics and gynecology in the Kingwood and Humble area in summer 1996, and has worked in the Kingwood area for 19 years. Plummer graduated with Honors in Biology from Baylor University, then trained at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where she earned her medical degree and completed her residency. She keeps her board certification and holds credentials as a certified DaVinci Robot surgeon. She has served as chief of Ob/Gyn at both Northeast Medical Center Hospital and Kingwood Medical Center Hospital, and keeps privileges at Kingwood Medical Center. She received the Family Time Woman of Achievement Award for Human Services in 2005.
