Amy Lynn, RN CANS

Amy Lynn, RN, CANS, founded Glo Derma in Yardley, Pennsylvania, where she serves as clinical director, and she also started Glo Academy, the training program she leads there for medical providers. She is a national trainer for Galderma's GAIN program. She is a nationally and internationally recognized speaker in aesthetic medicine. Before entering aesthetics, she worked for more than 11 years as an emergency room and trauma nurse, and she now has over ten years in the field. She developed The Art of Reversal, a proprietary protocol aimed at restoring balance and harmony to the face, along with BabyGLO, a second proprietary protocol. The Sprinkle is a registered trademark she created, and her work centers on regenerative treatments that build up collagen. At Glo Academy she covers injectable technique, branding, career development, cadaver courses, and safety, and she travels to train injectors. She has trained the providers on the Glo Derma team. She has been named a Top 100 aesthetic provider for eight consecutive years and was given Clinical Innovator of the Year by Aesthetic Next in 2026. She was also recognized as one of America's Top 100 Best Aesthetic Injectors for 2021 and 2022.
