Amy Jao

Amy Jao offers private acupuncture at Atlantic Wellness Center in Essex. She holds a license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine, Committee on Acupuncture, and is a Diplomate of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Her education includes a B.A. in Biology and Environmental Studies from Providence College (1995) and an M.Ac. in Acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture (2000). Her graduate studies and clinical practice center on Chinese and Japanese acupuncture styles. Alongside treatment, she teaches patients about traditional Chinese medicine and how its principles might contribute to a well-rounded daily routine.
