About
Amy Hicks founded MedSpa Downtown in Carrollton, Georgia, and works there as a nurse practitioner, senior laser practitioner and aesthetic injector. Before moving into aesthetics she was a trauma critical care nurse at Grady Health System, where she received several awards and advanced within the organization. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from South University and is a board-certified nurse practitioner.
She has completed advanced ultrasound-guided aesthetic training, with coursework in Chicago and Oregon, and attends aesthetic specialty conferences across the country. She takes part in cadaver labs each year and is mentored by Dr. Doan. She is the only injector in Georgia that Dr. Doan has personally trained to date. Her work centers on building highly customized results with each patient.
