Amy Forman Taub

Amy Forman Taub is a board-certified dermatologist who founded skinfo and Advanced Dermatology, a medical and cosmetic dermatology practice in Lincolnshire, Illinois. She graduated from Northwestern University Medical School in 1985 and completed an internal medicine internship and dermatology residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in 1989. She holds the rank of Assistant Clinical Professor at Northwestern University Medical School. Earlier, she was the medical director of dermatology at Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group. She consults for laser and drug companies and teaches physicians across the country in cosmetic and laser procedures. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and also belongs to the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Surgery and Medicine, the Chicago Dermatologic Society and the Illinois State Dermatologic Society.
