Amy Elizabeth

Amy Elizabeth holds a license as a master esthetician and works as an educator, massage therapist and Reiki Master. In 2003, she received two degrees, one in massage and one in reflexology, from the Palmer Institute of Massage & Bodywork in Salem, Massachusetts. Later training covers Holistic Nutrition, Repetitive Use Injury Therapy and Sacred Hot Stone Therapy, and she has also trained as a doula. She is a 200-hour yoga teacher. She cleared the National Certification of Bodywork and Therapeutic Massage exam and belongs to Associated Bodyworkers and Massage Professionals and Associated Skin Care Professionals.
