About
Amy Bohn runs Cypress & Sage Skin Studio, where she practices as a holistic esthetician, massage therapist, and herbalist. Over 20 years in the spa field sit behind her work. Earlier she founded Spa Habitat and also started Clovertree Apothecary, a skin and body care line built on plant ingredients. Her grounding in ingredients came from training with the founder of Botnia, covering both what the botanicals are and how to apply them during treatments. She has further training in oncology massage and in skin care that is safe for oncology patients, and she is an oncology-trained esthetician and massage therapist. After her earlier roles, she returned to treating clients and set up Cypress & Sage to provide tailored botanical facials and facials and massage informed by oncology care. Her facials draw on a stock of whole-plant preparations, and each session is shaped around the skin's needs on that visit.
