Ami Christianson

Ami Christianson founded One Salon & Bridal Co. and serves as its bridal services director, bringing more than 40 years of experience in the beauty industry. Her training began at Capri Cosmetology Institute, and she built a career in Madison, Wisconsin, working on hair and makeup for film and television.

She later owned and ran Creating Waves Salon and Yellowstone Day Spa, and in 1999 she opened Designs by Mon Ami in Geneva. Her bridal work is known for timeless, elegant looks that bring out each client's natural beauty, and she has helped hundreds of brides on their wedding days, both in the salon and on location.

Ami is also an educator and product tester for K18 Hair. She works with the brand's chemists, evaluating new products and giving professional feedback during development, and she writes the salon's blog posts.
