Amber Spellious founded True Nails, where she is the only provider. She is a state-licensed nail technician and a licensed medical podiatry assistant, an Advanced Medical Nail Technician, a Podiatry Certified Specialist and a Certified Master Pedicurist, with the credentials MNT and CCPMA. Her training includes advanced study of diabetic foot-care considerations. She works with at-risk clients, including people with diabetes, circulatory issues, cancer or other immunosuppressed conditions. Her pedicures are non-invasive, with no cutting, incisions or bleeding, and they address calluses, corns, built-up dead skin and nail concerns.
