About
Amber Fair is the founder and C.E.O. of Lashtastic and works as a lash boss there. Before moving into beauty, she launched Ember Skye, a handbag company. Her training includes cosmetology school in Louisville and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in California. After cosmetology school she worked at Z Salon and at Fusion. She sought lash extension certification in 2014 and has since taken further lash education through Minky's, Sugar Lash, Barboleta and Misencil. The hybrid set is her favorite to lash, and she continues her own research and training because two-day lash certification courses are not thorough enough.
