Amber Alster has been working as a hairstylist for more than 22 years. She began her career in Texas and trained in New York City, then spent close to ten years at a high-end salon there. Her work spans New York Fashion Week, editorial, bridal and red carpet jobs. She was a National Artist for Shu Uemura Art of Hair for more than six years, teaching and presenting at industry events. She was a Top 5 finalist in the 2019 L'Oréal Color & Style Trophy. Her services focus on precision cutting, natural-looking color and custom styles, and she works with clients on major transformations as well as on keeping an existing look fresh.
