AmAni Maisha Stebbins

AmAni Maisha Stebbins is the founder of AMANI MAISHA, a lifestyle company that runs The LifeStyle Lounge in Mitchellville, Maryland, and works as a LifeStylist. She has more than 25 years of experience in the field.

She studied communications and fashion at Norfolk State University and the University of the District of Columbia. Earlier roles include executive producing, directing and creating programming for a Washington, DC cable show that spotlights local youth, working as an associate at a consignment store, and serving as a personal shopper for clients in fashion and media. She also styled for fashion designers and hair stylists and was recruited to style projects, fashion shows and photo shoots. At Nordstrom in Pentagon City, Virginia, she worked in the Women's Ready to Wear and Savvy departments, and she was an associate on the team that launched the BCBG store there.

Her consulting practice began while she was building a fashion and styling portfolio. She created The Estates, a space for personal grooming services, and launched MooMoos Closet in August 2017. She works with working professional women and men to meet each client's individual needs. She won the title Budweiser Female Barber Champion, and she has achieved recognition in the barber and haberdashery industry.
