Amanda Peterson

Amanda Peterson owns AMP Hair, which she runs as owner stylist inside Citrine Salon in Southwest Portland. She trained at the Aveda Institute of Portland, graduating in 2010, and began working at a salon after that. Her first years at a salon, about six years in all, included becoming a master stylist and educating and training new hires. She obtained an independent contractor license in 2016 and then spent almost nine years as an independent contractor at a salon in downtown Beaverton, continuing her education and building new skills there. In 2024 she moved to Citrine Salon to run an independent business within an established salon.
