Alyssa

Alyssa is the owner and esthetician at Skin Shaman Aesthetics in Nashville. She began working as an esthetician in Temecula, California, where she lived for 12 years, and later relocated to Nashville in February 2022. She received foundational esthetics education from Bellus Academy in California. Her schooling took more than two years, longer than the average six-month esthetics program. She is licensed as an esthetician in both California and Tennessee. Her advanced certifications were earned in Nashville under a Tennessee nurse educator who has worked with dermatologists in the state. She focuses on sensitive and acne-prone skin and specializes in clinical, results-driven facials. She has worked with numerous celebrity clients and has helped thousands of clients build confidence in their skin. She looks at underlying causes of skin concerns, not only at skincare, and often suggests herbal remedies and integrative methods that support the body's natural healing.
