About
Alyssa Britland owns Simple Wellness AZ, which she founded in 2017 in Mesa. She is a licensed massage therapist, a licensed esthetician and a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapist, and her specialty is Manual Lymphatic Drainage using the Vodder method. She first trained at Arizona College of Allied Health in Mesa, graduating in 2016 as a licensed massage therapist with Alpha Beta Kappa Honors, then trained at G. Skin & Beauty Institute in Chandler, Arizona, graduating in 2019 as a licensed esthetician.
She added advanced study afterward. She earned a Clinical Esthetics Certification in May 2020 and an Advanced Clinical Esthetics certification in 2020, both from Concepts Institute of Advanced Esthetics, and became certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in 2021. She is also an NCEA certified member and is nationally certified in esthetics, holds CPR certification that she renews yearly, and holds Milady Pro and Rejuvenate infection protection certifications along with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standards certification.
She is licensed as a massage therapist in Arizona and is licensed with the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology for esthetics. Her massage license comes with a background check through the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy, and her esthetics license was background checked through the City of Mesa, DPS and FBI.
