Ally Kayton

Ally Kayton founded Sage & Stone and brings more than two decades of advanced clinical experience, including 25 years in neonatal critical care. She holds DNP, APRN, NNP-BC and RMHI credentials, and she is a board-certified APRN and DNP. Her career moved from bedside neonatal care into professional mental health counseling and mindfulness-based practice.

She works from a trauma-informed, holistic approach. Her counseling focuses on families affected by NICU stays, cesarean births, unexpected pregnancy outcomes and the loss of a child, and she provides couples and family counseling around neonatal care, pregnancy loss and shared grief. She also works with women navigating hormone changes, perimenopause and postpartum changes, as well as people dealing with emotional overwhelm and mental health concerns, and welcomes healthcare providers and first responders for burnout and stress support.

On the aesthetics side, she has specialized training in Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling and Botox for migraines. Her training across multiple modalities supports the functional wellness side of the practice.
