About
Allison Rutledge owns Indie Hair Design and works there as a hairstylist. She has been in the hair and beauty industry since 2008, beginning as an apprentice in cosmetology. She trained under Brittin Tate, who taught the Art of Balayage highlighting technique, and balayage is her main specialty. She also cuts men's hair, including military cuts such as the Army Crew Cut and fades.
Over time she added bridal hair and special occasion styling to her services. She loves weddings and enjoys helping clients achieve the look they want for their day. She co-founded the salon with Molly Brickel more than five years ago.
