Allison Buchbinder (She/Her)

Allison is a Color and Haircut Specialist at HATCH in Seattle. She has been doing hair for 13 years. She started as an apprentice at an Aveda salon in Seattle and later worked there full time for five years, then spent five years at a fashion-forward queer salon in Seattle. She has been self-employed for two years.

She trained at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute, graduating in 2011. Her specialties are balayage and dimensional color, along with cuts and styles for shags, retro and 70s-style looks, effortless styles, and curly hair.

She welcomes queer clients and anyone who wants to feel seen in the chair.
