About
Aline works as a yoga teacher and sound healer in Houston, where she also convenes monthly Women's Circles, run with the Innate Wisdom Circle Project of Sedona, Arizona. She came to yoga in 2010 and finished her first teacher training in 2011. Across more than ten years of work in yoga and sound, she has earned a 500-hour E-RYT certification, sound bath practitioner certification and Reiki Master status, and she keeps studying functional yoga anatomy. Her class offerings include yin, yoga nidra (iRest), stand-up paddleboard yoga and vinyasa flow, and she teaches at several private country clubs around the city.
