About
Alina McCann is the founder and lead injector of 4Ever Young STL MedSpa and a nurse practitioner with MSN, APRN and AGNP credentials. She has planned treatments at the practice since 2012.
She is a Biote-certified provider for hormone pellet therapy. She has trained with aesthetic physicians, injectors and industry leaders in the United States and abroad, and she regularly attends industry conferences, webinars, certification programs and advanced training.
She performs or supervises every Botox and filler treatment at the practice, and personally treats bunny lines, chin dimpling, lip lines and downturned mouth corners. She assesses the brow at consultation and recommends a treatment path, and reviews symptoms and history to say whether Botox is likely to help TMJ symptoms. She leads the facial treatment team, which matches treatments to each client's skin.
She is also the founder and lead provider for the medical weight loss program. She prescribes and monitors the semaglutide and tirzepatide programs and oversees medication management. Treatment plans are decided with her at consultation.
