Alicia Williams is a Licensed Massage Therapist at FreeSpirit Holistic Harmony. She trained at the Cortiva Institute in its Advanced Massage Program and holds a Licensed Massage Therapist license. Her sessions are personalized to each client and can draw on Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, cupping and assisted stretching.
Alicia works with clients who carry chronic tension, have limited mobility, or simply want a restorative session to relax and reset. She believes massage should offer more than short-term relief, and that the place where discomfort shows up is not always where the problem starts.
