About
Alicia Caiola is an LPN at Invigor8 Med Spa. She began working as an LPN in 2006, first at a urology office, and joined Guthinger and Madeb Urology in Batavia, New York in 2011. There she served as nurse manager and practice manager and helped develop protocols for hormone replacement and weight loss treatments.
In 2017 she left urology, and she joined Invigor8 in December 2024. Dr. Lily Baronos has tasked her with expanding services in hormone replacement, weight loss, peptide therapy, IV hydration, PRP and vitamin injections.
She emphasizes concierge-style medicine, so patients can reach her when they need help, and she focuses on building personal relationships with them. She received the Best Diet in Rochester award three times in a row and the Democrat and Chronicle's People's Choice Award for best diet program in 2022.
