Alexandria "Ali" Kitchens Monitto

Ali Kitchens Monitto is the founder and an advanced nurse practitioner at Meraki. She began her career in aesthetic nursing in cosmetic and plastic surgery, working alongside facial and body plastic surgeons, and early on provided perioperative care and assisted in surgery. She trained as a nurse injector while working in the operating room and earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University. She is a board-certified nurse practitioner, listed as MSN and FNP-C. Her specialties are facial rejuvenation and non-surgical enhancements, including advanced injectables and regenerative treatments. She commonly uses Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Restylane, Revanesse, Radiesse and Sculptra. She evaluates patients and consults on restoring a more youthful appearance with injectables, and she sees aesthetic nursing as centered on patient safety and realistic results. She performs Ultherapy at the Cornelius location and builds long-term relationships with patients, offering ongoing care and support.
