Alexandra Molinares, MD, CME, is the physician owner and founder of Alera Med Spa and serves as its CEO. She has specialized in laser aesthetics since 2007 and has more than 19 years of experience in advanced laser treatments, along with more than 13 years in cosmetic and anti-aging medicine. Her injectable work covers Botox and other neuromodulators, fillers and biostimulators. She also offers medically supervised weight loss programs with personalized plans, including GLP-1, lipo shots and appetite suppressants, as well as PRP for hair restoration, joint injections and regenerative aesthetic treatments. Her laser work includes non-ablative and ablative fractional resurfacing, such as CoolPeel and DEKA, for scars, stretch marks, skin rejuvenation and rosacea. Available appointments are Wednesdays to Saturdays, 11 AM to 4 PM.
