Alexandra "Ali" Wiley

Alexandra "Ali" Wiley is a physician assistant with an aesthetics focus at Korra. Her specialties include plastic and reconstructive surgery, advanced aesthetic medicine and medical weight management, with work in full-face balancing, advanced contouring, neurotoxins and injectable treatments. She is the primary provider for medical weight loss treatments, including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide therapy, and also gives customized vitamin drips as an IV therapy provider.

Her career includes practice in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department of a South Florida health system, where she works on complex reconstructive cases. She studied as an undergraduate at Florida State University and earned a Master of Physician Assistant Studies with honors from South University in Tampa. She has also trained hands-on alongside plastic and cosmetic surgeons in surgical and non-surgical rejuvenation.
