Alexa Nicholls Costa

Alexa Nicholls Costa is the founder and CEO of LexRx and is also behind Inject With Lex and LexLab. She is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with clinical and research experience in plastic surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she also worked as a Nurse Practitioner in the Emergency Department while growing LexRx.

Her training includes a Nurse Practitioner fellowship in the Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program at Brown Medical School, a BS in Health Science and PreMedicine from Boston University, and a BSN and MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Regis College. She received the Masters of Nursing Excellence Award at Regis College.

She is a founding faculty member for Evolus Academy and faculty for Galderma's GAIN Business division, and she has helped build injectables training programs at Boston College, Columbia University School of Nursing and UNC Chapel Hill.
