Alexa Milano, LE

Alexa Milano works as an esthetician at Mythology Aesthetics, where she also helps manage the front desk and office. She started with the practice as a Client Concierge while she was still completing her training.

She trained at Catherine Hinds and completed her certifications before earning her esthetician license in June 2025. Once licensed, she moved into a clinical provider role at the practice. Her specialty is advanced facials aimed at improving skin texture, clarity and overall quality. She is also a member of the Aesthetic Medical Providers of Massachusetts.
