About
Alex runs Biolite Wellness, which he founded, and serves as its medical director. Academic credentials include a 2000 medical degree from Stanford's School of Medicine, a 1997 doctorate in cellular and developmental biology from Harvard, and a master's in molecular biophysics and biochemistry from Yale. Surgical training took place through general surgery internships and residencies at UCLA, where he was later chief resident. A postdoctoral fellowship followed at the CBR Institute for Biomedical Research and Harvard University. His research has spanned phagocytosis, the genetic mechanisms behind tumors, and immunodeficiency disorders.
