Alesya Mulholland

Alesya Mulholland runs Accent On Faces, which she founded and owns. She is a registered nurse and a licensed esthetician. She is licensed in Colorado to perform injectables, fillers, lasers and permanent makeup. She began in cosmetic nursing as an injector for a facial cosmetic surgeon in the Denver area, and later moved into cosmetic beauty services. While studying at esthetician school she completed an injector internship at a medical spa run by physicians, and she then earned her Colorado permanent makeup certification, a 132-hour program. Her eyeliner training came from Will Anthony, an instructor for Smoky Lash Enhancement. Shading, stardust eyes and classic liner she learned from Sviatoslav Otchenash. She holds certifications as a cosmetic laser specialist, a cosmetic injector and a Colorado Certified Permanent Makeup artist, and she has training in a broad range of permanent makeup and removal techniques. She was the first person in the United States to reach Phi Academy's BoldBrows Master Artist and Trainer level for microblading, as both an artist and an instructor. She is a former Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional and a former member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. Her permanent makeup work focuses on microblading and other permanent brow methods, including Bold Brows hair-stroke technique. She also does eyeliner along the upper lash line, the lower lash line or both, with shading and lash line enhancement. She keeps training with leading figures in the field and attends industry conferences. Before any procedure she goes over photos and paperwork with clients and discusses shape, color and placement. She may turn down a permanent makeup client when a good result cannot reasonably be expected.
