Aleesha Hurd is the founder of Alé Aesthetics, where she works as an Advanced Aesthetic Injector. She is a Registered Nurse (RN, BSN) licensed in Georgia and practices aesthetic medicine under the supervision of Dr. Kimberly Gilbert, MD. She earned bachelor's degrees in nursing and business administration from Georgia State University, trained through Allergan's Advanced Injector Training, and went through AMI's Evolving Injectables Program. Aesthetic medicine and wellness are her main areas. Her consultations and treatments cover Botox, fillers and PDO threads. Before any plan is set, she looks at each patient's anatomy, movement patterns and goals and goes over realistic outcomes. The choice among Botox, Dysport and Letybo depends on the individual, and her Botox technique preserves natural muscle movement. Facial balancing through strategic filler placement is one of her focuses, as are MD Codes, a facial mapping method built on landmarks, and selecting Juvéderm or Restylane collections for each treatment area. She also writes the Alé Insider articles, which cover VI Peels, SkinPen microneedling, Sculptra, SKINVIVE, PDO threads and Botox.
