Aldona

Aldona owns Aldona Hair Addict, where she styles hair and teaches. She has more than 20 years of experience with color, cuts and styling. Originally from Poland, she moved to Chicago and built her career in salons and as an independent stylist. In 2019 she was picked as one of 50 people from 200 applicants for the Matrix Artist in Training Program. She completed beauty school in Poland, and she later completed a master's in marketing and management at AGH University of Science and Technology. In Chicago she has kept learning through advanced classes, trainings and seminars, and she has trained with several top educators in the hair industry. Her certifications include Matrix Level 2 Artist, Certified Blonde Specialist, Masters of Balayage, AirTouch, The Foundation Method extensions and Certified Life Coach. She specializes in blonde techniques, covering balayage, highlights, AirTouch and foil placement designed to suit a range of blonde looks. She also works with dark and red hair, color theory and formulation, toners and color correction, and hair extensions, including The Foundation Method hand-tied and genius wefts. She has personally worn Bohyme extensions for more than two years. She teaches stylists across the United States, both online and in person, through one-on-one mentorship, and hosts hands-on classes and personal mentoring for stylists in the Chicago area. Her mentoring centers on blonde skills and confidence, and she also teaches mindset for stylists.
